Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Please email us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you return your order. It will take approximately 3 business days before a RMA number is issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. All packages returned without a RMA number stated on your shipping label will be refused by us and package will return back to the sender.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition and also in the original shipping package box with the RMA number states on your shipping label. Please return the product in the same condition as when you received from the couriers with all manuals, accessories and the packing slip. We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund after we receive the products from you.

Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; customers have to pay all the shipping charges for returning the order. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. We do have all the rights to exchange the same product for you with no other extra cost to you or give you a refund.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. All credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days after we received and verified the returned merchandise, all return credit will be credit back to your account the same way as you paid.
